Appointments

Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Missed appointments without notice may be non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I aim to offer flexibility whenever possible.

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the appointment time to another client.

​

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, may be charged in full or deducted from your coaching program.

​

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you; however, sessions will finish at the scheduled time to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.

​

In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule your session, I will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment at a mutually convenient time.

​

My goal is to provide a supportive and respectful experience for every client, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

​

Coaching Programs

Coaching programs are designed to be completed within the agreed program timeframe to maintain continuity and momentum. If circumstances arise that affect your ability to attend sessions, please get in touch so we can discuss the best way to support you.

Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once a program has begun, except where required by applicable law.

​

Payment

Payment is required before scheduled coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Policy

I am committed to providing a supportive, personalized coaching experience. This policy is designed to create clear expectations and ensure a positive experience for both of us.

Individual Sessions

Individual coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with the required notice, you may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without prior notice, are generally non-refundable.

Coaching Programs

Coaching programs are personalized and designed to provide ongoing support over an agreed period of time.

​

Program fees are fully refundable before your first coaching session has taken place.

​

Once a program has begun, refunds are not generally available for sessions that have already been completed. If you decide to discontinue your program, please contact me to discuss your circumstances. Where appropriate, a partial refund may be considered for any unused sessions, less the value of sessions already provided.

​

Exceptional circumstances will always be considered with care and compassion.

​

If I am unable to provide coaching services for any reason, you will receive either a full refund for any unused sessions or the opportunity to reschedule your remaining appointments.
